    I am interested in the video processing part. What progam analyses the picture ? I wanted to try this beforebut failed (analyse a picture for sudoko)

    I've written an iPhone app that does this - Sudoku Grab. There's a video of it in action somewhere on youtube. I might look at porting it to Android if I get some time.

    Not bad - but what sort of AI algorithm is used for the solving? What language was used for the coding? What type of camera is that? As much as I love the LEGO element of this, the programming side sounds more interesting. Can we get some source code?

    You didn't see it solve? That's what it's kinda coded for, recognizing and solving sodokus.
