    alcohol does not hurt ur skin but it does close ur pores which cause more acne and in the long run it completely defeats the purpose lol

    I will try this regimen. I do some of this stuff but not consistently. I have been having issues with dark spots and dark circles. Do you do this once or twice per day?

    hi macherie, it's good to see some new videos. where u been ? lol any way, welcome back. i first would like to thank u for your vids they r very informative. but, may i suggest a diff scrub for u. i used st ives too and was told by my estitician & a lady at the cosmetic counter that it is too harsh for face. it would be better on your feet. they both suggested a scrub w/ a finer grain. i use epicuren apricot srub. it's nice. just a thought, kepp up the vids.
