    these guys have refined this to an artform. i mean really, no where else in the world can you watch a person rapidly poke little balls of batter and octopus, and then eat it. that's why japan is awesome. they have takoyaki stands. we have questionable meat stuffed in skin and buns.

    It's awesome how takoyaki can end up into perfectly rounded pieces even though it starts off as a very runny batter. Amazingly delicious :D

    Ive eaten takoyaki at the restaurants here but it just doesent seem like its as good as this dude can make it or anywhere else in japan....the takoyaki here in canada isnt even shaped like a ball for christs sake!!
