The massage has wonderful flow and technique. The setting and music make it a very atmospheric experience. I can almost see myself there!

Thanks for all of the comments here. In answer to your questions, no towels are generally used on the table so that sliding 'underbody' techniques can by applied (which is not possible with towels). However, YES the table is washed and disinfected thoroughly in between clients, as are the practitioner's arms and hands. Fresh towels / sarongs are also used with each new client. You can never be too vigilant when it comes to health and sanitation. Thanks again for all the wonderful feedback here.

OTASIMOT: Indeed it would be a big issue, unethical, especially if that practice with no blankets on the table is done here in the U.S. Yet, if it is just a demostration, probably the therapist forgot to add a blanket on the table. I hope she forgot it. P.S. Greeting and salutations.

Thought there were two towels however, from looking at the video, looks like client is laying directly on massage table... Health/Sanitation Issue BIG Time. One Only HOPES They SANITIZE The Massage Table BEFORE and AFTER EACH Client! HOPE They WASH and/or DISINFECT Their Hands and Arms as Well BEFORE and AFTER EACH Client! "Things" CAN Transfer through oils and/or lotions. One NEVER Knows What The Other IS "Carrying" By SIGHT Alone.

The music is wonderul, looks like it would feel like an amazing massage, the movements look really intense and i would assume Fresh towels are used with each client karmagoddess!

Thanks for sharing your video. It is wonderful to watch and must be beautiful to receive. I agree with Nyastrara, dancing round the client is the best way to massage. It make such a difference to the client when the practitioner is soft in body and moves around a lot. I hope to train in Lomi Lomi one day too.

Yay another masseuse who looks like she´s dancing around her patient. It´s a pleasure just to watch her giving the massage. Such grace and harmony lie in her movements. I´ve never done a classic loumi loumi massage, only a mix of it with swedish massage, balanese massage and thai massage. It´s my favourite massage to "perform" and I love to dance around my clients too. :D Thanks for sharing it!

Hi Donnamarieinc, thanks for the comment. This is my partner Tania doing the massage. Not the best example technique wise as she is slouching over somewhat which yes, is no good for the back. However, this is not her normal posture. It was just that her body was still a little sore after giving birth to our son about 10 days earlier. Still, very beautiful to watch isn't it. She's an incredible massage therapist. I'm so lucky cause I get to have lots of these. Our son loves getting them too!
