    This is real. The guy with the high pitched voice lost his penis and testicles, thus his voice changed. He's being interviewed about the events that led up to this tragic event. The interviewer is just losing his shit over the sound of the guys voice. The interviewers television career, came to an obvious end, after this serious breech of etiquette.
