    I'd recomment Color Oops over the color zap. As color oops takes away the pigment without ruining your hair. Color zap is basically a mild bleach. It also bleaches your roots if you apply it to them. So say you want to take out black dye from your brown hair, you'll end up with orangey roots :/ It happened to me many times. Color opps takes out the pigment but doesnt affect your natural hair color.
