So you can eliminate the 3's anywhere else in those 2 columns, hopefully allowing you to proceed with the puzzle. I hope that makes sense, I tried to illustrate this visually using my fingers in the video.
I think I found a problem with the logic...or... the way you used it. With this technique you have two available spaces in two rows or columns which the 2 can go so you actually need two numbers that can go there and only two...no more. The only way in which the technique would ever work is if you had the two same numbers that go in the x wing fashion. you used one. There was a possiblity that two other numbers(including the 2) could've gone in one of those positions.
