    http://facebook.com/chrispirillo & http://twitter.com/chrispirillo - Apple doesn't want Adobe Flash on their mobile OS because it's unstable. You can disagree with that all you want - I'll punch holes in every flawed argument you present. It has nothing to do with Apple wanting to make more money - it has to do with controlling the consumer experience, much like other CE manufacturers do. Flash would ruin the iPhone OS experience, not enhance it.

    final cut pro won't run on a mac. Mac has software that allows Microsoft Windows to run on a Mac, but Microsoft does not have software available to run mac os on a pc. And don't forget the security issues that are inherrent to PC's and nonexsistent to macs

    Why on earth would anyone in their right mind support Apple's decision to not allow flash, when that renders so much of the web virtually unusable? My distaste for the Apple universe is indescribably enormous.

    Lol you retarded first unstable because it is free the give out the crapy unclean version of it second the reason it crashes for you a lot is cause you are using Mac they do a simple conversion to make it work with the Mac again buy the real version also if you had windows lets say it would run better because it was first designed for it

    Flash apps tend to leak resources. Chris has a point. But he's missing the fact that JavaScript isn't so hot and Apple bans all kinds of other things like Java, Mono, not just Flash.

    Except Apple won't support the full HTML5 spec, which *supports* Flash as an embeddable MIME type. Doh! And Java is also banned. I think you got it confused with JavaScript.
