Wow, first off, I live in Canada and speak the Queen's English (that means proper English, like in Britain), and thus I think I have a pretty good grasp of proper English. Secondly, I am so sorry that your self esteem is so bad that you consider yourself important by your comments getting "liked". Now grow up, get a job, and stop insulting those who actually try to do something with their lives!

OK, a) I didn't create or name the film, and b) "you film"? Learn how to read over your shit before you hit post... and just for your information, I graduated from Print Journalism with honours and distinction, so I actually DO know how words work. Just a hint: scream into a pillow. You'll feel better and you won't be such an idiot in front of everyone on YouTube and any other forums that are cursed with your presence.

You are a child, are you not? Any adult - or human with average IQ, for that matter - would see the play on words. And besides that, it's called artistic liberty - it doesn't have to make sense! If I write a book, I can title it whatever I want, whether it makes sense or not. Never mind that this actually does make sense. Why don't you drag your lazy ass away from YouTube, get whatever education makes you feel like you're smarter than everyone else here, and STFU!!!

Wow.... you're a complete arsehole. Get over it, his choice of words was obviously thought through pretty thoroughly. Obviously a minor issue. "Massive mistake" is a gross exaggeration. The mistake is about as big as your spelling of laughs. ...Non-existent.

I don't see why you received so many negative votes for your comment and that MrDisease received up votes for their comment. :( By the way, great work. I loved it and keep it up!

Is English your second language? I'm not asking to disparage you. I'm asking because it would explain why you're making such a huge deal out of the so called incorrectness of the title. The creator of the movie is making a play on the term "based on a true story" with his title. He is going for something artistic with his title which makes it neither correct nor incorrect. You've completely missed the point of the title and the creator's play on words and so has everyone you've shown it to.

The effects and editing are so bad I can't even tell what's happening at some points.

It's fine. The things you're upset about don't matter grammatically. The parts of speech are placed correctly. "The bunny's ears ate a hole and chortled as he named the reckless baboon." That may not make much sense, but it's perfectly fine grammatically.

Given people's lack of attention span it could equally backfire.

it's actually a good marketing ploy. It makes people look twice thus, increasing the intrest. That, coupled with the picture, makes most people want to know more. It's human response to curiosity.

If I ask myself the question "what is a true man" it makes no sense because its not really english... What makes a true man? Someone that does not understand english..
