what i discovered is a dip bar, get in the dip position, DO NOT perform dip. let you legs hang ,do not wing or jerk. you will hear the spine release from gravity pulling your legs. SLOWLY lower yourself or place foot on supports and step down. Do not jump to ground. repeat 3xs 15 sec a piece
What is the point of having a video if you are going to show us things in detail? Way too much talk, it might as well be radio or you might as well have written an article
The DRX9000 is truly amazing, my aunt was treated on it in Northern California, she used to not be able to walk for 10 minutes without severe pain; she now is completely pain free! There is not a single decompression device or traction device on the market that has anywhere near the reasearch the DRX9000 has on it. You can email Excite Medical (the new manufacturer) for copies of all the research.
People say that the inversion table is great, yet the gravitational forces will pull mainly on the non problematic discs. The VAX D or DRX9000 or Spine MED, are ok but for great results look at the Hill Evolution DT, a smooth and specific decompressive force with the correct forces. Physiotherapy... when you really have a problem and your ready, to have relief look elsewere, there is relief!
I just wondered if you might be able to help. Is the Nubax okay for people who have had spinal surgery. I had a lumbar discectomy 1994. I don't have any fusions or metal in my spine.
