    This a an example of a patient breathing heavily affecting the waveforms on the ECG graph. Placing the Red (or LL) lead wire closer to axillary line (assuming using 3-Leads only) should eliminate this effect.

    Normal sinus rhythm with distortion caused by human error and breathing (which is not a human error).
