Excellent, note he uses the hip & thighs for most of his movement and rarely extend his arms. If you have the dexterity to route power from your hip & thighs thru your arms, you can easily overpower anyone using upper body strength. You must work low stance leg strength for a long time to do tai chi like this. It's very nice to see someone else that does tai chi like me. I do ching man cheng yang style.
