They have no natural predators, only introduced ones such as dingoes and dogs. The biggest impact on the koala is habitat loss, ie due to human beings. They were hunted extensively for their fur in the C19 which nearly wiped them out. They are a protected species now.

sadly no, it's illegal here in Australia and also the rest of the world, unless you're a wildlife carer but you must return it to the wild.

They are just made to eat what they eat. They are native animals and eucalypts are native trees, so its a good arrangement. Their teeth/mouths and digestive systems are perfectly designed to eat eucalyptus leaf and get all their required nutrients and even most of their hydration from these leaves alone.
