Date: D - displays the day of the week. ex: Mon d - displays the number of the day. ex: 02 M - displays the month abreviation. ex: Jan m - displays the number of the month. ex: 01 Y - displays the year. ex: 2011 y - displays the two last numbers of the year. ex: 11 Time: H - displays the hours in a 24 hours clock. ex: 23 h - displays the hours in a 12 hours clock. ex: 11 I - nothing to quote. i - displays the minutes. S - nothing to quote. s - displays the seconds.

why i is for minutes? shouldn't it be m? or is this one of the things that has nothing to do to what you're doing, like echo instead of display?
