    atkduzt9, the USA gives more money to Africa than any other country. We also cut the NASA budget every year... you also forget that nearly everything we do revolves around things we have in space - and many of our most useful technology has come from NASA in their development of technology that can withstand the stresses of space. So yea... whatever.

    If i understand correctly they fall back to earth and deploy large parachutes which allow them to be reused.
