guess you need the rest.. while being hospitalized for rhabdomylyosis(not a correct spelling) i found out i have severe sleep apnea(which my father died of 2 yrs ago) my body stopped living for 4-5 secs 4-5 times a night.. without this diagnosis and without my CPAP i could die anytime im asleep
