I think that Susanne wasn't "hood" enough to work for Diddy. She was perhaps overqualified. I am not sure what she wanted to be be exposed to applying to work for Diddy. Mike may have needed more mentoring, and may have not have received mentoring there. I am sure it is quite a sight to see working inside the Bad Boy offices. It seems like it is hard. Capricorn says it is "kill or be killed" working at Bad Boy. "All of the employees work against each other but they all must work together."
