One of the big mysteries in astronomy is how galaxies grow and evolve over time. Collisions between galaxies are thought to be key events that shape their development. A stunning collection of 59 new images of colliding galaxies has been released to mark the 18th anniversary of the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope. They give us a unique insight into how galaxies collide to form larger galaxies.

There is also the thought that dark matter must be out there&there is like 90% of it out there.I think they'll discover that the reason that gravity seems so weak is that it's only the smaller part of what will someday be called 'Actual gravity',&the solar system type view of it will be considered 'planetary' or weak gravity.

So, what do you think will happen when the "Black Holes" of each of the galaxies enter the effect (event horizon) of each other? Also Gravity as a attracting force makes intergalactic space travel impossible. The creation of a Universal Force engine requires a Gravitational push theory.
