Have you downloaded an iPod firmware, and it downloads in .zip format? Today in this video, I am going to show you how to change it to .ipsw so it is compatible with iTunes.

wow this help me in win 7. instead go for start. press and type in search programs and files " folder option" then move up . then follow the rest.

Umm there is nothing for you to do if it already says .ipsw at the end... you're good to go already. :P
