    Seriously you guys. if you drink 3 liters+ water per day, exercise (walking and light strength training), and eat a diet of green vegetables and some fruit only, your acne will go away. Acne is not caused by oil. It is caused by inflammation. I had severe cystic acne for years until I did this. We always think we have healthier habits than we really do. This is just what helped me. It might be different for you but its worth a shot right?

    Thanks for sharing your story. I can relate, because I suffered with acne as a teen. It was horrible.
