    Building a computer with Adam Khoury, owner of http://www.developphp.com
    Building a PC yourself is like playing with lego, easy and fun! My parts list was as follows:

    Some folks asked to see my list and prices of what I bought, many different variations and PC types can be made. Make sure all components you buy are compatible with one another!!!

    Corsair 4096MB PC10600 DDR3 1333MHz - $117.99
    Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit - $109.99
    Corsair Hydro H50 CPU Liquid Cooler - $79.99
    Diablotek RPM Series 950W ATX PSU - $109.99
    XFX Radeon HD 5770 1GB PCIe DDR5 XXX - $179.99
    AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition AM3 - $189.99
    WD Caviar Green 1.5TB 64MB/SATA-3G $99.99
    ASUS M4A89GTD PRO AMD 890GX Socket - $139.99
    Cooler Master HAF 932 Full Tower Black Case - $154.99
    Ultra Antistatic Wrist Strap - $6.99

    Total = $1,189.90 USD

    TIGERDIRECT.COM is where I bought the parts. You may want to boot up the first time without your Video Card installed if your mobo has onboard video, configure bios, add motherboard drivers, then install your Video Card. If mobo has no onboard video you can install the video card in too before turning on the power for the first time.

    Well if you wanted 2gb of vram for about 200 "euros?" im not sure what that currency is lol, im from america ( I know, derk merrca) you should probably look at getting the radeon 7850 witch has 2gb of vram for around that price and would be much less power consuming. PS, you never want to sli or crossfire two low-grade cards together, you will just end up with alot of problems in the long run. Happy hunting!

    I would recommend getting a better graphics card, and switching to an intel cpu. If you're just gaming you won't ever need eight cores. And im assuming that your psu is 800w, you won't need that much, let me know how much money you have to spend on a graphics card and ill tell you what kind of psu you need.

    scan.co.uk thats the best place in my opinion, i am getting everything from there, but it maybe a few quid cheaper to use amazon but scan offers an installation warranty so if you mess up, they will send you a replacement! its a nice easy site

    The costlier a card is the better it is :D.Your card is a very low-end HTPC card(not meant for gaming or anything). I'd recommend you upgrade something like a HD5670 or it's cost equivalent. But if you're not going to game,then there's no point in upgrading your graphics card.As it's plenty powerful for everything else. You should just upgrade your processor as it's ancient and slow even for normal applications.
