Well, we don't play for a lot of money either - it's just about the fact, that because we don't have a lot of money, we don't risk even with small amounts - and we all learn a lot of poker skill.
Well, the easiest way to find out what you're at is to find a couple of players among your friends and play with them for real money, even some small amount - it's the way I play poker, I'm student, so I can't afford to play for thousands, but if I win one hundred per week, I'm happy + I know, I can play poker a bit better than a week ago.
Yes, youre probably wroght, I should play for bigger money. Even though since I still consider myself a begginer I like to really get the best in 5-10 eur games before start playing bigger ones. But the problem is with such a hudge amount of stupid players it's impossible to determent if I really suck or is it just luck of other players. It happenes though that I win easely cople of 50eur game, and then I lose 20 3eur games beause of maniacs or crazy bluffers.
I DID play for real money, and I lost on bed beat like 70 times already in 6 months
(like when I had better hand than other guy until flop or river) that's just insane.
Poker is stupid game. I play on a table with really bad players and I get bad beat 4 times in a roll. I loose. I play again. Same thing. And again. Same thing. I play another table. Again morons playing, 6 players out of ten playing all in all the time. Then a player who played all in like 25 times in a roll goes al in again. I have AK suiet. I go all in. He has 2and 3 off suite. Ace is on flop. Great. Guess what happenes next? That right. two twos on turn and river. Poker is JUST luck, NO skill
