    Some photos taken with my Sony DSLR Alpha A200. I got it at the start of 2009 so have only had it a short time. Photo editing done in Photoshop, Lightroom and Photomatix, Video editing done in Sony Vegas Pro 8.

    really great photos! I have a Sony a200 myself, and I love it. One picture that inspirer me a lot is the one with the balloons in the air and the little river, it's very nice! God job!

    The A200 comes with a 18-70mm kit lens. It's good, but if you're wanting to take photos of animals etc then you're gonna need a 75-300 or so. I'm currently looking at getting a 50mm f/1.8 which will be nice.

    No worries. Yeah the Sony is the most affordable. But when you look at their lenses they're generally the most expensive. Good thing is the old Minolta lenses are compatible.

    I'm happy with the camera,but make sure you compare it to the likes of a Canon EOS 1000D and Nikon D60 or something, which are quite similar. The song is Sure Thing by St. Germain, album is Tourist.

    Not in particular, I've been doing some editing with Lightroom myself, have to say, the colors in your pictures really pop! In Lightroom, I've noticed the way to do that is bring up the blacks, send me a note with more info, it's a little less public that way.
