    I like the added flavor of having some finely chopped bell pepper, celery and onion in this dish which i sautee with the bacon. Its really good to get the bacon crispy as it does not do much for this dish being anything but crispy. I do like to boil the grits in chicken broth for a lil added mmmmm.
