Another one has bitten the dust. Starehe MP Margaret Wanjiru on Friday morning became the latest MP to lose her seat in the 10th parliament. The high court declared that she was not validly elected as MP back in the 2007 election. The high court also ruled the election was marred with massive irregularities. Former MP Maina Kamanda had disputed Wanjiru's election and filed a petition in February 2008.
