    yeah, i totally agree. there's is that original proverb with the blend of mixing baji and pigua the way it was originally... something of scaring gods and demons.. but styles became independent. Proverb said Taiji quan rules China while Baji Quan defends China. Mixing Taiji and Baji would be quite a force to reckon with... two people fighting against each other in these styles. would may for a very epic bout as well..

    The way I see it... baji and taiji does not differ that much from one another. As Grate Grand Master Liu says: the only difference in baji from taiji, is the horse stance.
