Beyond the Blood aired as a segment on SIU's student produced magazine show "alt.news 26:46." This short doc focuses on Tom Sullivan's special effects and production design work on the cult classic "The Evil Dead." It features interviews with the cast and crew, and film critics from WGN Radio and Ain't It Cool News. I directed, edited, lit, and produced with help from Jay Neander and Jared Kagel. I'm working on a 30 min. version for 2007. This is the second version of the piece that aired on alt.news.
