YouTube Play is a collaboration between YouTube and the Guggenheim Museum, presented by HP and Intel. YouTube Play wants to recognize and showcase the most remarkable online videos from around the world. Submissions for YouTube Play have now closed. The shortlist of up to 200 videos selected by Guggenheim curators has now been announced.

On October 21, 2010, up to 20 videos selected by the jury of experts from the 200 shortlisted videos will be presented on youtube.com/play and at a celebration at the Guggenheim Museum in New York, with simultaneous presentations at the Guggenheim museums in Berlin, Bilbao, and Venice. The selected video artists will be invited to New York for this special event. The selected videos will be on display at the Guggenheim Museum in New York, October 22--24, 2010.
