This is a popular traditional children's song from the southern part of Kalimantan, the Indonesian territory which takes up much of the bottom half of Borneo. It is used for a traditional game and also as a dance. I'm not sure about the meaning, though a "pisang" is a banana, and I there appears to be a banana-based cake by this name.
Hopefully somebody can provide more information.
